At the 2010 Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) Annual Meeting, Ocean Recovery Alliance committed to launch the Plastic Disclosure Project (Click Here for video introduction) and Global Alert platform (Click Here for video introduction).  These committments were two of 15, out of 200 commitments made by others, that were personally introduced by former President Bill Clinton during the opening session of the CGI Annual Meeting in September 2010.  CGI remains a strong supporter of PDP and Global Alert.  Ocean Recovery Alliance founder, Doug Woodring also attended the 2011 CGI Annual Meeting to report on progress made on building these commitments.
